While we drive in the car she will often go through and list her cousins at least 20 times. She says the name and then waits for me to repeat it to make sure I know who she is talking about. If I repeat it correctly she says "yeah!" If I repeat it incorrectly (trying to figure out who's name she is saying) she will just repeat it over and over until I get it right. She will often throw mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, mimi or some of her aunts and uncles in and those usually throw me off. Although she is getting better at grouping families (Sundwalls, Wirigs, Millars, etc.) which is easier for me to follow.
Afton's favorite little friend she calls "Cake." Her name is McKay but for whatever reason Afton has decided to call her Cake. She often talks about Cake or asks to see the few pictures I have of her and McKay together on my phone. It's really sweet to see her take such a liking to friends.
